June Emerson wind music recently invested in a workFile EPOS medium business solution. With possibly the largest selection of wind music, and an equally large number of returning customers, June Emerson required an EPOS solution that could handle not only the amount of different product lines, but also their internal business processes seamlessly.
The Medium Business version of workFile EPOS was perfect, taking care of their stock management requirements, business processes and delivering a new fully integrated website. Some additional requirements were identified and these have been developed into the Medium Business solution for June Emerson. These requirments aid in the way the company chooses to do business and brings further rich functionality to the workFile EPOS platform.
With a new system came also the requirement to streamline their web sales processes and to deliver a new website that was easy to use and one that facilitated greater sales volume through the website. The website design was carried out by OD Media, with the new site being released to the general public at the end of 2008 (at the latest).
