workFile EPOS is a highly configurable EPOS solution. This allows workFile EPOS
to be implemented in an 'out of the box' product fashion for differing
industries and markets. However, we acknowledge that each individual business
must be treated as such and because of this we offer development services to
tailor your workFile EPOS solution to meet 100% of your requirements.
In addition to offering EPOS development services to our EPOS customers, our development teams
continue to work on the core workFile ECM
suite, core and business solution modules (such as EPOS). A strategic road map is
in place for the continuing development of workFile
ECM and the workFile EPOS business module. This road map,
allows customers to see what enhancements will be made available in the future
for their system and, in some cases, allows customers to make
recommendations that may be included in the workFile ECM and EPOS road map.
workFile EPOS releases are made available to customers as and when they have completed
the testing phase. In addition our development team works closely with support
staff, allowing problem areas to be identified and corrected quickly and
easily.
