All workFile EPOS implementations require that customers operate with a valid software license. A valid software license entitles customers to our full support service. This workFile EPOS support service includes the following:

  • 24/7 web and email support
  • 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday phone support (options to increase to 24/7 phone support)
  • Full support issue tracking, notification and updates
  • Once a month system monitoring and health check
  • Support for any workFile integration with 3rd party products
  • workFile related guidance
  • Input to the workFile EPOS road map

Other support services are also available but are not included in the workFile license cost, some of these are listed below:

  • Network analysis, maintenance and advice
  • Hardware analysis, maintenance and advice
