Training

As part of a workFile EPOS roll out, we offer full administrator training and 1 day free staff training. In many implementations we train your key staff members / users / trainers. These users can then help train other staff members, and therefore eradicate the need to utilise our training staff to train new staff members. Due to this and the intuitive and simple user interface design of the workFile EPOS modules, many companies have found that this 1 day staff training has been sufficient.

Additional staff training can be organised, typically on site utilising the test EPOS environment. However, we also offer 'live environment' training, where our trained staff members help train staff as they use the system to carry out their work.
