Case Manager Module

The workFile case (case management) module lets organisations take control of simple business processes and promotes automation of tasks. By allowing a 'case' of work to be created, work can be pushed through the organisation in a simple, yet structured fashion. workFile case allows any type of work to be identified with sub items of work (tasks / issues) associated to it.

Events within the workFile EPOS system, such as stock levels dropping below a certain level, late payment of invoices, picking lists for a warehouse etc can be used to raise and generate work items within the workFile case management module. This increases visibility of work to staff members and ensures no work is overlooked.
