The main CRM screen is highly configurable. Functions and modules can be represented as tabs across the screen, in the screen shot above the customer 'History' tab has been selected. Contact details are available within the 'Contact' tab. The screens functions and data shown can be limited based on a users security profile, ensuring that sensitive data is only available to certain users.
